1/2 Fresh Lemon Juiced 

1/2 cup Warm Water 

On the stove top, heat the water in a teakettle. Once boiling, remove from heat. Squeeze the lemon in the water. Let the water cool a little. 

Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
